  Narrow Linewidth Semiconductor Laser uses ultra-narrow linewidth external cavity semiconductor laser chip, outputs single longitudinal mode laser with wavelength of 1550nm, spectral linewidth is less than 100kHz, and single mode or polarization-maintaining fiber is coupled for output, providing module or table model package.
